We were looking for a house for about a year and a half. Dawn helped us every step of the way and was absolutely incredible! Because we were dependent on the sale of our apartment in order to buy, she navigated offers on homes and helped us to craft the offer to protect us in case our sale fell through (which it did 2 times!). As far as finding us a home... she is excellent at finding homes with the details we wanted, discussing pros and cons of a property, and helping us make the difficult decision (and not making hasty decisions.) She is not pushy, but she is direct when it counts (and we really appreciate that.) Dawn knew the area, she knew the homes, got to know the sellers and their realtors, and in the end... we got our dream house! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dawn.
